This is the dream of Angels and never materialized because of funding and structure. So in the hope to proceed and make this happen, I plan to set aside funds from my sales; Real Estate, Books, and Arts.

Explanation: Yolanda Rehabilitation Project

Phase I - On going campaign.

Phase II – Rehabilitation: One house at a time Bayanihan

Project: Starting in May 1, 2014 and on going.

This is about helping the squatters/homeless live decently in a project area. Angels will obtain legal papers of the donated land to build quarters for families who have no place to live. The quarters are designed in such a way that it can be extended with more quarters in all sides as funding requires. This project requires an architect to design it and a structural engineer to facilitate the whole structure to comply building requirements. Angels will try to facilitate volunteer engineers for this project.
One house at a time is a project that will help one family at a time get into their homes. This project is patterned similar to the idea of Habitat for Humanity here in the United States, where the dwellers help in the building of their quarters and the other quarters of their neighbors. Angels will solicit funds to carry through with this project from all over; USA and other countries from friends and relations and their extended families. Each family quarter are allocated with $1,000.00 to spend in its structure; materials and labor, making sure it is comfortable and decent.

When one area is done, Angels will keep on soliciting for donated land to create more project areas in Tacloban and Tugbong, Kananga. These places are named simply because Angels know of people who are willing to donate land for such use. This project maybe slow but Angels will make sure 25 squatters or more are built soonest before 2014 is over and another more each year; creating an active income earning community in the nearest future.

A representative from Angels may organize and facilitate this project from obtaining landowners’ agreement, agreements with engineers, and the actual facilitation of the project. We may check to joint venture with other organizations from friends and relations all over the world.
There will be people in charge, an organization with good standing, together with Fr. Carlos Rodriguez in making sure the project is done the right way and constructions are finished to the end line, having the family moved in and other victims and recipients helping out in the physical completion of all the projects.

Phase II - One House – One Family at a time.

Once an area/location is found and landowners have signed an agreement with Angels is launched, this project will start with qualified family (business driven people/recipient).
